BRANDT® ALGAR MAX™ is an organic biostimulant specifically designed with seaweed extracts of Ecklonia maxima that contains a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, and phytohormones, the latter in a high concentration, highlighting among them indoleacetic acid, an auxin that is characterized by stimulating cell elongation.

The application of BRANDT® ALGAR MAX™ can generate various effects on the plant:

  • Root development: Stimulates the formation of roots, both secondary and absorbent hairs. Also indicated for immersion of roots or seedlings before transplantation.
  • BRANDT® ALGAR MAX™ stimulates a greater absorption of water and nutrients from the soil that, together with a greater endogenous production of cytokinins, produces plants with more foliage, determining increases in production and crop quality. It increases curd levels in fruit trees, due to the high auxin activity and brazinosteroids, hormones responsible for the elongation of pollen tubes.
  • Increases fruit size: The auxins together with the brazinosteroids, stimulate cell elongation and fruits of greater size. It gives plants a high degree of resistance to various stresses, such as: cold (micro frost), lack of water, high temperatures, salinity, among others. It can be applied to various arable, woody and ornamental crops.
